Wait was a little longer than expected but once I was called to the exam room, Pam's excellent bedside manner more than made up for my wait. She was engaging and made me feel important. I recently got an eye exam here along with my 10 year old son. The fresh new office looks great. Frontdesk was a little harsh but polite. Techs and Dr. Cline were super nice and helpful. My son even mentioned that he wasn't nervous anymore after they helped him with a thorough exam too. I ended up getting getting a new pair of glasses in the end. The optical department was also thorough and helpful. I've gone back for a fitting tweak without any fanfare. I am glad we tried this office and will be happy to go back or recommend anyone to try them. More

Wow, I can't understand any negative reviews for Dr. Cline. I've seen her for a few years now and even began taking my mother to her. She is compassionate, thorough, and demonstrates a genuine concern for her patients. She does not sit with her back to you and type things into a computer like so many others have done. She speaks to you on a personal level, thus making you feel like you are something besides just her income. I feel very confident that my eye health is her number one concern. More
